A working Apple environment is a quiet one. That is the whole brief.
Architecture & Design
The plan before the purchase order. Most engagements begin in a meeting room with no equipment in it, only a conversation about how the firm actually works. Where the bottlenecks are. Which seats are in the room every day, which travel, which work after hours. What the firm is becoming.
From that conversation we draw the fleet, size the network, decide the storage, and choose the software. We write down what good looks like, in plain language, so that the people authorising the budget understand the same picture as the people doing the work.
By the time anything is ordered, the build itself is the easy part. The thinking has been done.
Deploy & Deliver
The handover should feel like a Tuesday, not a moving day. We arrive, install, configure, label, and quietly leave. Files migrate. Permissions are set. Printers find their drivers. The names on the network read like the names on the door.
The deployment finishes when the team turns up the next morning and discovers that everything works, including the one process they were privately worried about. No fanfare. No project owner is asked to translate between vendors. The firm is, simply, ready to do its work.
This is also the moment when the relationship begins. Most of what we are paid for over the next ten years has been put in place this week, in the way we labelled cables, named devices, and documented choices.
Maintain & Support
The relationship is the product. Twenty-four hour monitoring, unlimited help, recurring on-site visits, and a single number to call when something is, for whatever reason, not behaving. The number rings to a person who already knows the firm and the firm's environment.
Maintenance, in our register, is not a queue of tickets. It is the unbroken thread that runs from the first plan to whatever the firm grows into. New hires. New offices. New tools. Old tools that need to be retired with care. Each is handled by the same hands that drew the original plan.
Most of our long-standing clients have been with us for the better part of two decades. The work compounds.
Two relationships. Choose the one that suits the season your firm is in.
Pay as you go.
For projects with a beginning and an end. A migration, a new office, an upgrade, a stubborn problem that has lingered too long. Hours on a clock, work to a brief, and a clean closing. Suited to firms who are not yet ready to keep us on retainer, or who have only one matter that needs attending to.
Begin a projectThe Managed Program.
A flat monthly retainer. Twenty-four hour monitoring, unlimited help desk, preventative maintenance, recurring on-site visits, and the comfort of knowing exactly what next month will cost. Most of our long-standing clients are here. The firm is, in effect, brought inside the practice.
